Class Experience

In this ongoing course, elementary level students will build foundational physical education skills throughout this national standards-based course. Physical education is essential for all students as they will practice motor skills, movement patterns, coordination, balance and sport specific skills. All of these abilities are fundamental to any physical education program. This class will offer the fun and engaging atmosphere of a classroom P.E. class, but in the safety of your own home. As a former P.E. Teacher, fitness instructor and current high school football coach, I see the importance of all students practicing fitness and other related skills. Each class will be full of high energy coaching, upbeat music and an overall positive atmosphere. Students will be able to jump in at any time throughout the course and feel included and energized!

Topics to be covered include:
Fine motor skills
Gross motor skills
Movement patterns
Coordination
Balance
Various Sport Specific Skills
