This class is designed to get you moving and have some fun. Exercises will range from bodyweight (e.g. squats, push-ups) to kickboxing techniques (e.g. jab, cross, kicks). This will be a great way to get out energy and learn something new. Throughout the class students will learn to love fitness as we go through the three main components of fitness cardio, resistance and flexibility. Randi is a certified WAKO kickboxing coach and has been coaching for 5 years. She has been part of Canada's international kickboxing team and received silver at the Pan Ams in 2016. She is also a ceritifed personal trainer and yoga instructor. She has a passion for fitness and is always eager to learn more.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Throughout class the teacher will give feedback to improve on technique.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
