Description

Class Experience

To build mobility, confidence, and enthusiasm for physical activity from each learner.
I have worked in the gym environment for years. I have worked with teenagers and young adolescents for 15 years. 
Homework is optional. I highly encourage all learners to practice what we learned in class to build their confidence and help retain what we learned.
A Pilates mat (thick) or a yoga mat (thin) is very advantageous to have 
1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parental guidance is not necessary. I do recommend a parent or an adult at home in case of any emergencies.
