Join us & get moving during our action packed indoor scavenger hunt race! After finding our items, we will complete fun exercise movement tasks for each item we find. ESL / EFL friendly

🎉💧We have fun and move around a lot in this class. Please bring water.🎉💧 During this one time class, students will have fun exercising and getting their wiggles out. We will get moving during our action packed indoor scavenger hunt race, & then we will complete a fun exercise task after each item we find! 🔎Each student will participate in our indoor scavenger hunt. I will name an item and show a picture of the item (these are common items that students will be able to easily find.)...
Some of the many benefits of children being physically active include the following: It improves fitness, provides an opportunity to socialize, increases concentration, improves academic scores, builds a stronger heart, bones and healthier muscles, encourages healthy growth and development, boosts children's immune systems, improves self-esteem, improves posture and balance, and helps children sleep better.

Extra space & water to drink during class is required.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Additional space to move around is required for this class. Water bottles for children to drink throughout the class are also required.
