Students will need access to a water bottle, an open space (a living room, backyard, etc.) and closed toed shoes. Warm up will be led by me at the beginning of class. Students are encouraged to stretch following the class. Students will also need a form of weight that is about 10 pounds (Dumbbell, backpack with 2 textbooks, gallon of water, etc... Something that the student can safely hold in 1 hand). Students will also need a small ball that they can hold in 1 hand (tennis ball, bouncy ball, rubberband ball, wiffle ball, etc.) *Weights and ball are optional and will not be used in every class. They provide an extra challenge for each student during strength and hand-eye coordination focused workouts*
Parents should supervise their child to ensure that they are in a safe area and are performing the activities/movements within the workout correctly.
