In this one time class student learners will affirm themselves and be introduced to beginning athletic patterns like sprinting, lateral movement and core strengthening. Learners will start class with a 10 min warmup that includes intro, affirmations and a mobility warmup. Following, we'll introduce strength and conditioning for 20 min. (ie Lunges/Push ups/ Squats/ High knees.) In conclusion we will take 10 minutes to cool down with mobility flow and summarize our exercises and the benefits that we can expect.

Parental Guidance
Affirmations will be positive perspective of reflective self thought to promote healthy mindset for workouts. Learners will need a small space for activities (ie 6x6ft).
Supply List
A hand towel and water is all you'll need for class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
