Description
Class Experience
Students will be able to: -Use their singing voice -Copy rhythmic patterns -Keep a steady beat -Answer questions regarding typical summer animals, sounds, weather, etc. -Copy fingerplay/rhyme motions and words
I love teaching preschool music, as I am currently a Pre-K music teacher on three preschool campuses in Connecticut. I taught Pre-K-5th grade music for several years in public school districts throughout Connecticut. I am CT certified as a public school teacher for grades Pre-K-12 for band, orchestra, choir and general music, which was a certification I obtained from Central Connecticut State University. I studied Opera Performance at The University of Connecticut. I believe I bring a certain warmth to all of my classes and truly believe in building a special bond with my students that fosters their love of learning and music!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
