Description

Class Experience

Learners will solve at least one challenging math problem in this one-time class!  They may do this individually, in pairs, or in small groups in breakout rooms (a Zoom feature).  Then the learners will share their solutions and show step-by-step how they solved the problem.  Afterwards I will go over the problem and give a detailed step-by-step explanation about how to arrive at the solution. I have a Bachelor of Education which includes math training.  I also have a Bachelor of Arts in economics which was quantitative and analytical in nature.  My university level math courses include first year calculus and statistics both of which required senior year math in high school as a prerequisite.  I also had high grades in math throughout school from kindergarten through the 12th grade.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
