For students to develop reading fluency while developing writing skills. Students will begin to expand their math knowledge beyond shapes and number identification.
Ms. Jones (First Grade Instructor) Hello! I am Jasmine Jones and I love to have fun! A lot of my passions include playing sports, working out, coaching, training, dancing, teaching, technology, and traveling. I love teaching and coaching children and teens. My goal as an educator is to help students achieve all their goals and having fun while doing so! I look forward to meeting you and going on an amazing adventure together! Mrs. Erika Berry-Cherry has a BA, Masters Degree and curriculum development certificate from Grambling State University. All educators within Cherry Learning Center, have a BA in Elementary Education. Students are trained throughout the year to ensure that all learners are receiving the best online educational experience.
Homework Offered
Homework is optional in our classes, however we encourage everyone to complete homework and share it in the classroom.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

PDF will be in the classroom Markers/crayons/color pencils Safety Scissors Hand held dry erase board (can be found at the Dollar Store or Target) Dry Erase marker Folder or Binder (binder would do better) Suggestion: It may be easier to create a daily folder for each day with the materials/worksheets already ready for your learner. You may also want to try colored-coded folders for each day: Monday-red, Tuesday-blue, Wednesday-green, etc. I try my best each week to let you all know what we are working on each day. If you need any other tips, please let me know. I love to help all of our learners to be organized.
