Description
Class Experience
Students will learn and/or reinforce the following skills: * Letter recognition * Sight words * Drawing basic shapes such as rectangles, squares, circles and triangles * Using finger dexterity to create a variety of shapes with ink pads
PDF files will be made available to you upon registration. Please have these printed out before the start of class as we will be using one to two worksheets each week.
7 files available upon enrollment* PDF printouts provided at time of registration * Extra sheets of white paper for practice * Ink pads in a variety of colors (I like this brand on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2ya7L15 but any non-toxic ink pads for fingerprints will work great!) * Pencil * Paper towel or damp sponge to clean off fingers after ink pad use * Thin black marker or sharpie (these are optional and will only be used if your learner would like to trace over the pencil drawings)
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
