Description
Class Experience
Students will learn about various coping strategies and learn how to implement the ones that best suit them and their situation.
I have a masters in mental health counseling, with a concentration in working with children with anxiety. I also have experience in crisis management counseling and grief and loss counseling.
Students will be given individual assignments following each class to help them further explore, practice, and apply what was discussed in the class. Students are encouraged to complete the assignments for their own benefit, but they are not required to do so.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
