Description

Class Experience

This one-time class is designed to equip students with strategies they can use to successfully identify themes in stories.  I will teach a mini-lesson that shares proven strategies that students can use to properly identify themes in literature.  Afterwards, the students will be able to practice using these strategies as they identify themes in folktales. I am a licensed educator with over 13 years of classroom experience as an English and special education teacher.  I love making learning fun and accessible for all students.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
