Class Experience

RYT 200 HR Yoga Teacher
Please have a clear space to move or a yoga mat. Bare feet are a plus or non-slip socks. This class is for breath and the goal of relaxation; a pillow, blanket, or yoga block is required!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
