In this one time class, you will learn to connect your breath to stretching postures. Topics that will be covered are diaphragmatic breathing in connection to restorative poses. Class will begin with the basics of how to use your diaphragm while you breathe. This promotes beneficial breathing during moments when you might be feeling stressed or anxious. Please have a clear space to move or a yoga mat. Bare feet are a plus or non-slip socks. This class is for breath and the goal of relaxation; a pillow, blanket, or yoga block is required!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
