Description

Class Experience

Students will learn fundamental financial literacy concepts pertaining to budgeting, saving, and spending.
Teacher Expertise: Small business development certificate of completion. Over the course of 10 years or so, I've taken in person and online financial planning webinars from local and state organizations/corporations, specific to personal wealth management and small business financial development.
No homework will be assigned as most of the work will be conducted during class. However, if the learner feels inclined to do so, review of the material learned that week is optional.
The following links will be used from practicalmoneyskills.com for students to complete for each content area (budget, savings, and spending) each week. It is recommended the student download the worksheet prior to class, but not required. The instructor will also provide the worksheets via the chat feature and/or screen share option via Zoom. 2 hours per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
The instructor will use the screen-share option and chat feature via Zoom for students to access links, worksheets, and other online auxiliary aids.
