In this 1:1 class, you can choose the topic in the areas of literacy skills, reading, writing, penmanship, or math for students Pre-K through 2nd grade. We will have three lessons to build on our skills and grow in confidence!
Class experience
How does your child measure up with other students their age? Are they ready for the next grade? Is there a skill that is challenging or frustrating for them? In this 3 day class, you will give me a specific area to work on, or I can assess with common assessment tools to find areas of weakness. I will gently and patiently work with your child to become confident in this skill with games and challenges. Working one on one will allow me to cater to your child’s learning style and strengths....
I may occasionally ask that you print off a paper, but most of the time a small whiteboard/ marker or pencil/ paper will be all that you need.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
