This class is great for anyone, whether you are a beginner or have more advanced experience in drawing. Regularly sketching is a great way to improve your drawing skills no matter what level you are at. In order to get better at any skill you need to practice, and that's what your sketchbook is for! This ongoing course is full of sketchbook exercises to improve your drawing skills. Each week we will focus on a different type of drawing exercise or set of drawing exercises. Students will be encouraged to also practice these skills outside of class. Each student will be expected to have a sketchbook and pencils before class begins in order to participate. NOTE: Learners should be able to use drawing tools without assistance. Bachelor's Degree in Music or Theatre or Arts from Ball State University
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts, as well as an Associates degree in Digital Photography & a Certificate in Digital Design. My professional career has been in the graphic design & photography fields. My personal life includes many creative hobbies & pursuits, including drawing, painting, jewelry making, cross stitch, crochet & book making.
