Join me as we explore one of Elves' four main food groups: Candy Canes! INTRO: We will begin the class by introducing ourselves and sharing our favorite Christmas candy. CONTENT: During this class, children will listen to a felt story and learn the rhyme: Five Little Candy Canes. 1 file available upon enrollment-2+ candy canes -a small glass of water to get the candy canes wet -play tray, small cookie sheet, or plate with edges -a pipette, dropper, or medicine syringe -baking soda -a glass or bowl of vinegar (about 1/2 cup) -the worksheet -drawing materials
