" Oh Hanukkah, Oh Hanukkah, Come Light The Menorah!" This fun Hanukkah party is open to all learners of ANY background who want to enjoy learning about traditions of Hanukkah! Celebrated during the week of Hanukkah, we will discuss its story and sing and dance to traditional (non-religious) Hanukkah songs like "I had A Little Dreidel" and "I Am A Latke." We will see how people light the Menorah (you may bring your own if you have one and choose to participate, but it is not required), learn...
Students will learn about Hanukkah traditions, popular songs, and how to make an edible dreidel.
-Optional Menorah, dreidel, gelt -Learners will receive an ingredient list after registration for the edible dreidels
Please be aware of any allergies while creating the edible dreidel. No cooking or cutting will be involved, but parents should be nearby in case they need assistance especially for younger learners.
