In this class, we'll discuss both films in the Frozen franchise and address how we can view them through a feminist-inspired* lens. This intro-level feminist theory class will address three feminist questions: 

1) What is agency, and do the women in Frozen have agency?
2) In what ways do the characters in Frozen follow or go away from traditional gender norms, especially compared to other Disney princess movies?
3) Do these movies provide a positive example for children?
