Week 1: Write a reflective journal entry about your emotional state and identify three emotions experienced. Week 2: Create a personal emotion chart with examples from your life. Week 3: Complete a worksheet identifying emotional triggers. Week 4: Develop a coping toolkit with five strategies for managing difficult emotions. Week 5: Write an essay about a personal challenge and how you overcame it. Week 6: Engage in a written role-play to practice responding empathetically. Week 7: Write a script for expressing an emotion to someone important. Week 8: Create and present a personal emotional action plan summarizing your learnings and goals for growth. These assignments promote self-reflection and practical application of emotional skills.

In "Feelings Unlocked: Mastering Your Emotions," students will embark on a transformative journey to understand and manage their emotions effectively.
