Being able to identify emotions is a very important life skill and a pre-requisite to being able to cope with big feelings! In this one-time class, students will begin to identify feelings of others by using pictures and drawings. They will also begin to identify feelings of themselves and where in their body they experience various emotions. We will use pictures, handouts, and/or PowerPoint for visual aides. This is not a therapy group or class. Students will not be expected to share specific examples of experiences. In order to allow ample time for students, I have limited the number of students per class to a small class size, which is also reflected in the pricing of this class.
