Class Experience
Students will learn the value of self-care, how to develop a habit of gratitude, and a process to identify goals and plan their days.
Allison Woolley has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from the University of California at Davis and has homeschooled her children ages 14 and 17 for 12 years. She has worked as a Health Advocate, planning health and wellness presentations and offering health and wellness consultations to college students. Additionally, Allison leads youth groups and classes for 5th – 12th graders, most recently focusing on the needs, interests, and desires of teens as related to self-care. Also known for her organizational and planning skills, Allison successfully enjoys using these skills to reach youth and help them to feel connected and purpose-driven.
