Class experience

Through group discussion and personal reflection, students will leave class with a concrete menu of strategies for keeping their brains busy and improving focus.
Bridget Smith, a credentialed teacher, is a person with ADHD.  She is also mom to two kids with ADHD and other learning differences.    She has a Master's Degree in Education: Teaching from the University of California Santa Cruz and has worked with learners preschool-adult.
Homework Offered
If you do not finish your "dopa-menu" in class, I recommend that you finish it on your own time.
