Student will gain experience with fashion sketching. Student will build fashion vocabulary. Student will practice essential fashion skills such as outlining and coloring. Plus more, depending on what your learner's specific goals are.
I have been teaching fashion design for over 5 years. My specialty includes helping students gain admittance into highly competitive fashion design programs in New York City, with a nearly 100% success rate. Whether your learner enjoys fashion casually or has their eye on the future, my fashion programs are always aligned towards success in professional settings- but in a fun way!
Student may practice skills between lessons.
Student will need a thin black marker (such as Sharpie ultra fine), paper, and coloring materials of their choice. Optionally, we can work digitally using Adobe Illustrator or other programs they are familiar with.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Students will draw on/create nude fashion figures to draw clothing on.
