In this one-time fashion class, we will learn how to design our own styles, gain confidence in our fashion designs, learn about fashion history and fashion trends along the way and update the garments to our own styles.
Class experience
This class will allow students to express their love for fashion, learn trends and styles, learn to be creative and confidence in their sketches, and oh so much. The class will be taught with students being interactive giving their own opinions of styles and what is going on in the fashion world. This class is lecture-based with input from students to allow them to express their individuality. We will be looking at styles and then how we can change those styles into a modern style....
To gain confidence in sharing your own fashion designs, to learn about fashion styles, and gain a love of fashion and fashion sketching
Why me? I have loved fashion since I was very young. One of my designs was even sold in London. My Nan, mum, sister, and daughters have all been involved in being very creative. You could say that sewing is in my blood and threaded through my veins. I love encouraging students to love fashion, to think for themselves, and be creative.
