Fashion Design: Mixed Media Fashion Illustration
In this introductory fashion course, the student will draw their own croqui and use a 3D element (fake flowers, real flowers, washi tape, food, tissue paper, or whatever is available) to create their own fashion illustration design.

Description
Class Experience
Students will learn the basics of fashion illustration and mixed media strategies to create a unique clothing design on paper. This is a beginner level course.
Finish your design/color as needed.
- real or fake flowers - several pieces of sketch/printer paper - pencil and eraser - 1 black marker or black pen - colored pencils and/or brush tip markers - scissors - liquid glue - optional (ribbon, sequins, feathers, etc.)
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
