The student will learn how to draw their own simple fashion figure using the 9 segment strategy. We will discuss proportions, anatomy, and basic drawing techniques. The student will then draw one outfit by applying features of clothing to portray a mood with garment design. If time allows, we can add color using colored pencils or markers. The student may choose to draw a top and pants/skirt/shorts or a dress. This is a beginner level course for students with an interest in fashion and/or figure drawing.

Parental Guidance
Basic outer outlines of breasts will be drawn.
Supply List
Several pieces of sketch/printer paper, pencil and eraser, 1 black marker (any), colored pencils and/or brush tip markers.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
