Farm Animal Rescue and Sanctuaries 9-12

This is a short class to showcase two organizations that help protect, shelter, and save animals. 
We will learn terms such as:
non-profit
sanctuary
animal rescue /farm animal rescue 

We will discuss the organizations' missions and visions.

Both organizations have given their permission to discuss and show their videos. Please feel free to visit their websites and social media to learn more. It is my hope that by providing this class at a minimal fee, and not making a personal profit, students will be inspired to learn more about farm animal rescues and have a desire to learn more about organizations that help protect and save animals. Both of these organizations rescued and house animals, accept donations to rescue and save other animals, accept donations to sponsor taking care of these animals.

My teaching style is engaging and fun. I will include pictures and videos and stop to ask students reflective questions. 

This 15-minute class is intended to be educational so that students learn more about what farm animal rescue organizations do and how they help protect and save animals. 

This class will discuss animals being rescued and how they are cared for by non-profits. You will see videos of the animals living a happy and healthy lifestyle after being rescued. 

I have the same class for other age groups as well.
