Fantasy and Adventure Ongoing Writers' Club
An ongoing writing club with feedback and advice for as long as the learner is a member. We do 15 minute write sprints during class time. Class is ongoing so learners can go as long as they need and leave when they wish.

Plot, technique, style, grammar, revision, and feedback. All these points and more will be covered in this ongoing writer's club. As long as the learner is a member, writer's will be able to participate in readings and feedback sessions. Parameters will be established on the rules of group critique to ensure positive feedback for growth and improvement in writing excellence. This club is for learners who want to write, or do write longer works, but find writing classes are too short to finish the job. In this club, we will do 15 minute writing sprints, talk about each other's work, talk about techniques to write longer works, discuss editing processes, and share organizational tips. This class is ongoing so new learners can join in and get critiques, feedback, and share ideas with like minded young writers. It is a place to share work and cultivate new ideas while being monitored and facilitated by an experienced author and English teacher.

Mark Tyson holds a B.A. in English and Culture from New York Institute of Technology and a M.A. in English From Sanford National University San Diego, CA. He teaches English and Literature classes with a particular focus on 18th and 19th century Gothic literature, English grammar, Latin and Greek Root words, and advanced creative and academic writing. He taught high school English for several years before he began to write professionally and publish novels under the pen name Cleave Bourbon, a name chosen because it's much closer to the top of the alphabet than Tyson; although, he does publish some Epic Fantasy with his real name. He is thankful there is such a thing as Outschool so he can teach and follow his passion of writing at the same time.Reviews
