Description
Class Experience
Students will learn critical thinking and team work.
I have been teaching for around 15 years. I have a degree in English, a CELTA teaching certificate.
Students will be asked to read 3-4 chapters for each lesson. There will also be some optional art activities that students can do for homework and share with the class.
1 file available upon enrollmentFor the class you will need to have your own copy of Fantastic Mr. Fox by Roald Dalh. You can get this from your local library or local book store or you can find it online. Before each lesson I will send the materials for the class which are a few worksheets. It's best if these can be printed for your learn, but if you don't have access to a printer it's find to do this work on your own paper. Everyone should have paper and a pen or pencil available for each lesson. In addition some of the lessons require extra materials. Please see below. Lesson 1- cardboard, construction paper or card paper, scissors, tape or a stapler, colored pens or crayons Lesson 2- blank paper and colors, either colored pens, crayons, colored pencils, or for the very adventurous paints. Lesson 3- blank paper and a pen or pencil Lesson 4- card paper or blank paper, colored pens Lesson 5- card paper, a paper plate or blank paper, colored pens or crayons
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
