Welcome to this two-part course on famous shipwrecks from around the world! In this class, you will learn about the history behind these ships and their unfortunate sinking that have left them stranded on the ocean's floor, some yet to be discovered. I am a qualified and certified teacher with my teaching certification for intermediate and senior divisions in geography and history.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
In this class, we will be discussing shipwrecks that involve deaths. Any information regarding those deaths will be censored to be age-appropriate to ensure nothing overly graphic is shared. Students will also be using the website 'Kahoot' during this class. Students do not need to download anything in advance. A link will be shared during class using the Zoom chat which will take students directly to Kahoot. Students will enter their first name or a nickname to play. No personal information will be needed to access the website.
