This fun cooking class will empower your child to cook a variety of delicious meals that can be enjoyed by the whole family! Students will not only learn to prepare 9 recipes during the 4 days of the class, but they will also make dinner for your family, which means you don't have to cook! Each of the recipes used in this class are popular recipes I have used when teaching cooking workshops to middle school students as part of an after school cooking club. 1 file available upon enrollmentUpon registering for the course, there will be an ingredient list provided. The equipment needed to make all of the recipes for this class include two baking sheets, a blender, a pot to cook the pasta in, a mixing bowl, and a knife.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
5 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental supervision is recommended, as we will be working with the oven each day of the class, the stove during two days of class, and working with a sharp knife to cut vegetables throughout the class. Of course, the vegetables could be chopped in advance if you didn't want your child cutting anything.
