It's the Fall Season and it's time for some pumpkin bread in our muffin tins. We will also make a cream cheese icing that your student can add to the muffins once they are cooled (This may take place after class has ended). Students can also make their batter in bread/loaf tins if they would like. This is an interactive baking class and your student will be baking right along with me. I will demonstrate step by step, making sure we move along together through completing the recipe. I will have one camera that is dedicated just to the work station so your student can see exactly what is taking place. Your student will be able to ask questions and meet new friends. While our pumpkin bread muffins are baking, we will take a look at the history behind the recipe and play Would Your Rather Fall Edition. I am always happy to provide you a recipe with substitutions for any allergies that your student may have. 1. In this baking class your student will learn how to bake Pumpkin Bread Muffins from scratch to share with family and friends. 2. Baking involves learning and practicing measurement and math. 3.
