Beginner - Intermediate Level
Welcome to our one time fall themed watercolor class for scientists , where we will learn how to draw and paint a beautiful pumpkin using the secret drag and pull technique, along with watercolor washes. We will also discuss how to make shadows and create texture using mixed media. This is a course that is perfect for beginning artists and specializes in using step by step drawing and painting demonstrations to help blossoming artists perfect their skills. All artists are welcome to participate in this class, no matter their skill level. I will personally guide you each step of the way and will be eagerly waiting to answer your questions. The first half of class will begin with an ice breaker, we will then watch an educational YouTube video about pumpkins and play an interactive trivia game to assess what we have learned. After game time, we will then draw and paint a beautiful fall pumpkin under the guidance of a certified art educator. Each student should leave this class with a stronger sense of confidence when using watercolor. A variety of all different types of learners are welcome and encouraged to participate.

Learning Needs
Those with anxiety have the option to turn off their cameras after attendance has been taken and use the chat box/reactions to participate. All directions are given in step by step format & the pace of the class is determined by the learner
Parental Guidance
We will be using YouTube via screen share to help expand our students knowledge on pumpkins. There will be no need to set up any accounts in order to participate in this course.
