Your learners will be excited to complete this project with me using tools they may not be familiar with using in art class. This class is taught in English.
Learners will be able to: 1. follow instructions and paint a fall tree using art tools and acrylic paints 2. Learn how some trees change color in the fall and others do not
MATERIALS NEEDED 1. 8in by 10in white canvas 2. red, yellow, orange, brown ACRYLIC paints (NO watercolors or washable paint) **parental advisory recommended when using acrylic paints because they will stain fabric** 3. paper plate 4. newspaper 5. paint brush 6. old t-shirt or paint smock 7. 10 q-tips 8. scotch tape
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
