My yoga teaching adventures have mostly taken place in schools and daycares throughout Chicago, but I've also taught in an Estonian yurt cluster in the Baltic Forest, and in a monkey-infested banana jungle on South Africa's south coast.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please ensure learners have a few feet to move safely in all directions. Learners are welcome to wear whatever they feel most comfortable and relaxed moving in.
