Fairytale Storytime: Jack And The Beanstalk
This is a onetime class where we will be reading Jack and the Bean Stalk retold by Carol Ottolenghi . We will using our measuring skills and STEM to create a beanstalk of our own.

Description
Class Experience
Students will learn about the story Jack and the Beanstalk. They will learn how to use a ruler to measure beanstalks and they will use STEM to create their own beanstalk.
A handout to print out will be provided before class. ruler (if you do not have one let me know and I send one to print out) Toilet paper or paper towel tubes- anywhere from 2-8. tape will work best but if you don't have any- glue crayons, markers, or paint Construction paper or white paper to cut out leaves from and color.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental Guidance is needed for cutting and gluing.
