Class Experience
We all have a favorite fairy tale. Whether it’s a story our parents read to us before bed, or a movie we’ve watched over and over again, fairy tales and fables have been woven into the fabric of our everyday lives. The stories we know today, however, have changed from the original tales. In this class we will discover the original stories, retold by myself using props and media. Then we will discuss the stories with each other while we compare tales of old and new. Every week we will share a...

Some fairy tales may cover some sensitive topic areas such as violence, monsters, mythical creatures. I will be retelling these stories in an age appropriate manner while doing my best to stay true to the original tale.
