In this self-paced writing project, teens write a newspaper article based on a modern retelling of The Three Little Pigs, while building grammar skills like using quotes, passive voice, and complex sentence structures.

A new twist on a fairy tale will inspire your writing. We will revise the techniques needed in a newspaper article in class, leaving you to write your newspaper report independently. Teacher feedback can be provided if desired.
