Parental Guidance
🧚♀️ Parental Guidance:
This class draws inspiration from Faeries’ Tales by Brian and Wendy Froud, a beautifully illustrated collection of original faerie stories with a whimsical, folkloric, and sometimes mischievous tone. While the content is age-appropriate for teens, parents should be aware that:
The book includes faeries depicted with fantasy-style nudity (similar to classical art or mythology). These are artistic, not graphic, and are handled with maturity and care.
Some stories contain traditional faerie folklore themes, such as changelings, trickster faeries, and magical mischief, which may have eerie or mysterious undertones.
All material is presented in a way that celebrates creativity, wonder, and respect for mythical storytelling.
Reading the book is optional; content from the book is used as creative inspiration only, and story themes are always adapted to suit a respectful and imaginative teen learning environment.
