Students will learn general characteristics of fairies, gnomes, brownies, trolls, and one mystery fair folk. They will also learn about each creature's habitat, habits, and representation in stories/movies.
I am a long-time fan of the fair folk and have taught classes about them to this age group before. As a licensed elementary school teacher I understand how to keep students in this age group engaged during a lesson in a way that sets them up to continue their learning experience after class.
