Fairies or the little people, are found in stories all over the world! In this class we will be exploring all things fairies, especially stories! Growing up in the UK as a minority, I have always studied the non-mainstream perspectives where-ever I could, meaning in all my degree subjects (Philosophy, History & Psychology), I have thoroughly studied different cultural perspectives, and when teaching ensure all my sources are directly from the culture in question. I have tutored and home schooled in my degree subjects for ages 4-11, taught in schools in my native country the Gambia, and nannies a (ages 0-11). Often questions around cultural differences or equality issues have come up and I am able to handle them softly, while ensuring the student leaves with the knowledge that equality is important for us all! I am well-traveled, and love to explore new perspectives in my personal life!
