In this lesson, learners will explore the fascinating ancient world of extinct animals. We will delve into the history of some of the most iconic extinct creatures, such as mammoths, saber-toothed tigers, and the dodo bird. We will explore places where fossils have been found such as under a department store in Ilford, UK to the mysterious Brea tar pits of Los Angeles! I am an experienced classroom primary / elementary school teacher and head of year. I have taught in London, North Africa and the Middle East and am now based in the U.S. With many years of experience and enjoy helping children progress in their academic journey. I pride myself on ensuring that the materials are educational and engaging and that children leave the lesson knowing more than they started. Progressing and moving forward with confidence. I have also completed many training courses to help children become better writers, readers, speakers and mathematicians. I am looking forward to you joining me!
