We will take a look at some real bat specimens (no longer living) and learn about some little known facts about these fascinating and frequently misunderstood creatures!
Class experience
No previous knowledge required! In this one session course, students will be introduced to: 1. Bat anatomy and development. 2. Learn the differences between 3 species of bats. 3. Be introduced to some unique features that have enabled bats to survive as a species. 4. View both real (museum specimens) and virtual 3D specimens. 5. Play the Bat Fact Game to see what you have learned!
