Class Experience
In this ongoing class, students will get to learn about a different state located in the United States each week. Students will have the opportunity to learn facts about the state such as the following: location, capital, state bird, state mammal, landmarks, motto, and fun facts. Students will have the option to fill out a worksheet as we learn the fun facts so they can remember and study them as well. Every class, students will also have the opportunity to briefly share if they have any fun...
My goal of this class is to help teach kids how to create beautiful artwork and various art techniques using different art mediums, and also to teach them fun geography facts about the states.
I'm a teacher who loves combining other topics with art! I have a passion for teaching kids about art and helping them gain confidence and skills in various art mediums.
There is an optional worksheet students may fill out during or after class to help them remember the fun facts they learn during class.
