Class Experience
Have you heard about Snake Island? What about Death Valley? No? Well, come along for the ride! In this one-time geography adventure class, we will be learning about the top DANGEROUS PLACES IN THE WORLD! Through pictures, videos, and interactive discussion students will learn all about dangerous places in the world. Students will have the opportunity to ask and answer questions about each place! Topics covered will include: Snake Island, Brazil Death Valley, California Oymyakon, Russia...
Students will learn about some of the world's most dangerous places and what makes them dangerous!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
While we're talking about dangerous places, all material will be age-appropriate and sensitive conversations will be monitored.
