Beginner Level
I will be introducing students to the federal government and the three branches of government. I will introduce students to what these branches do, who makes up the different branches and the importance of the checks and balances system. This is an introductory course, great for elementary students or those unfamiliar with the topic. There are no requirements or prerequisites, just looking for students to come with willingness to learn and interact. I will be using slides to explain this topic in a way younger students will understand. I will provide a work sheet to complete throughout the class. I was also include print outs to make your own interactive notebook with the information learned!
