In this course, students will learn about what gratitude is and how gratitude can be shown. We will start a gratitude journal during this class, and we will share different things that we can be grateful for. Students will participate in a gratitude journaling challenge. Each day, they will be given a gratitude challenge to write about in their journals. Students will get to interact with each other and me in this class. We will share our experiences and feelings. Class #1-3: -Students will need a journal, notebook, or the printed paper I will attach to create their gratitude journal. -Pencil Clas #2: -Gratitude Garland printout (1-2 copies) -String or ribbon -Tape -Coloring materials Class #3: -You will also need to print out the gratitude tree template. -Coloring materials Class #4 -Paper or thank you notes, a pencil
