Class Experience

We will learn the general climate and geography of the Canadian province, Newfoundland, as well as the historical relevance of the Cape Spear Lighthouse National Historic Site, which is considered the most eastern point of North America.

Students will brainstorm as a class about essential things to include on a pre-hiking checklist (what to bring, what to check, etc.) Then I will review anything that they might have missed.

They will learn about the trails and virtually hike through the park using my shared video and photography.
Finally, students will share if they would ever like to visit in person, and why or why not.
