This fun geography course will take you around the world - from home! Join us in this weekly class where we discuss a different country every week. For each country, we will follow this format: -Introduction and Important Numbers (e.g. population, size) -A Quick History -Government -Economy -Natural Features (topography, climate, wildlife and more) -Cities and Sites to See (including the capital city and key landmarks) -A Few Fun Trivia Facts This course is presented using Google slides,...
Students will be introduced to the history, physical geography and political geography of many different countries. Learners will gain an appreciation for the amazing places on our planet.
Homework Offered
There is no assigned homework, though learners are encouraged to complete more research on each country and share anything they find in the classroom.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
